Sales of Hospitality Systems Comprise :
- An initial NO Obligation Demonstration
- A written Quotation with Finance options
- Following acceptance of the Quotation our Leasing partners will contact you and explain the options available etc
- An on site survey of your requirements during which we will discuss the system in full and how it can be customised to suit your requirements, a listing of all your sale items will be made and menus, wine lists etc. taken to allow all your sales items to be entered.
- At our offices the System will be fully configured and programmed, a custom designed, easy program manual will be printed to allow you to operate the system easily and to make changes to the prices etc. with reporting and other functions explained in easy to follow and plain English instructions.
- On delivery the system will be installed at a time to suit your business, management will be instructed in the reporting and programming functions and staff will be instructed in the day to day operation of the system.
- The system will be supplied with our easy program and reporting guide, the suppliers full operation guide, (on CD) till rolls as required,
- All systems are covered by twelve months full parts and labour guarantee.
- After the initial installation, systems may need slight alteration to cover any sales items that had been over looked in the initial survey. We will not make a charge for this.
- We will supply you with a written Guarantee
As you will see we are not a company that just supplies equipment, leaving the customer with little idea of how to operate the system, we would be pleased to offer the addresses of sites in your area from which you could obtain a reference.
